Please use our new Customer Portal. Once you have registered, any previous historical orders linked with your email address should be populated to your account.
Once you have logged in you'll be able to:
- See your order history from the new site
- See the progress of any orders in the system.
- Access tracking details for specific jobs.
- Check your p.d and edit if necessary.
- Check and change contact details.
- Check and update prescription details.
- Simple re-order system for all lens types.
- Add comments to an order
If you forget your details you can request a reset via the system or speak directly with our customer service team for help.
We have all your historical orders on our system, going right back to 2007. These are linked by your email address. If you have registered with us, your old orders will be populated to your account.
This will make the process even simpler to use and will benefit customers and the lab staff too!
